That’s what I’m here for, Daniel – Australia’s well known places are documented elsewhere, this blog is for those who want to see things that many visitors, tourists and even locals don’t see! Arkaroola is amazing – hope you get to see the real thing one day!

Awesome post!! I am so amazed that I have never known about Arkaroola yet and I thought that my knowledge of Australia is pretty sharp. I am so glad that I read it as I am planning to travel to Australia’s untouristy places. Arkaroola seems like it would some great hike trails and I would love to visit it.

Ann – This is one of the most unique and amazing parts of Australia, and I’ve seen a LOT! I’ve only spent 4 nights there, but I’m hoping that’s just the beginning! Maybe I’ll see you there someday??!!

I m SO jealous. This is one place that I MUST see. I have been to Flinders Ranges and Wilpena Pound and didn’t get to Arkaroola but I have not given up trying. It just appeals to me so much as I LOVE the Outback. Lucky you. Amazing place.
